Terms and Conditions

  1. Same-Day Appointments: If your appointment is scheduled for the same day, you must contact us at 56 4000 93132. It is essential to bring an official ID (INE, passport, or driver’s license) to your appointment; otherwise, we cannot provide the service.
  2. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment once. After the second scheduled appointment, no further changes or refunds will be allowed.
  3. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
    • Once the treatment begins, no changes or refunds are permitted.
    • Once the payment is processed, refunds or cancellations are not available.
  4. Invoicing:
    • To request an invoice, send your Tax Status Certificate (no older than 3 months) via WhatsApp, along with the email address where the invoice should be sent.
    • Invoices must be requested within the same month of service consumption. Failure to do so will prevent issuance. Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.
  5. Home Service Areas: Home service is available for the following areas (additional charges apply based on location): Polanco, Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Condesa, Escandón, Tecamachalco, Herradura, Pedregal, Coyoacán Centro, Paseos de Taxqueña, Santa Fe, Bosques, and Bosque Real.
    • We reserve the right to decline home service requests.
  6. Admission Policy:
    • Both in-clinic and home services are subject to compliance with necessary guidelines for treatment application.
    • Healthify reserves the right to deny service to anyone under suspicion of alcohol intoxication, alcohol poisoning, or influence of harmful substances.
  7. Medical Emergencies: Healthify is not an emergency medical service. We reserve the right to deny treatment if the situation is beyond our professional scope, whether at the clinic or at home.
  8. Home Service Cancellations:
    • The cost of home service must still be covered in the following scenarios:
      • Medical contraindications.
      • Difficulty accessing veins in elderly patients.
      • Patient cancels after the staff arrives without any medical contraindication.
      • Cancellation without at least 2 hours' prior notice.
    • Once treatment has begun, if the patient decides to cancel, the total cost (home service + treatment) must be covered.
  9. Minors:
    • Treatments will not be provided to individuals under 18 years old without a signed authorization from a parent or guardian, who must also be present during the procedure.
    • The minimum age for treatments is 16 years old, subject to prior medical evaluation.
  10. Patient Information: All information provided must be truthful. Without a signed Informed Consent Form and Identification Record, service may be denied.
  11. Medical Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued to individuals deemed medically ineligible for treatment due to conditions related to the procedure.
